"Alcohol-free" is not a lifestyle...
...it's an adjective that describes a beverage.

Sobriety is self-care. Like sleep. The more you get, the better you feel.

The reason the idea of being "sober" feels restrictive is because basing your identity on something irrelevant and meaningless -- like how much alcohol you do or don't drink -- is childish.

The MISTAKE most of us make when we quit drinking is to trade one set of limiting beliefs for another.

We used to think alcohol solved problems. Now we're supposed to think it causes them.

The truth is that alcohol doesn't deserve that much credit.

What if you could trust yourself to act in your own best interest--with or without a drink in your hand?
The only "rule" you need to follow is your own intuition.
